For the widow who is beginning to navigate life after loss. The one asking, “What has just happened to me?”
You’re in survival mode.
Taking life moment by moment. One breath at a time.
Everything feels heavy.
Fatigue, fog, and overwhelm consume even the smallest tasks: getting out of bed, making a meal, or remembering to drink water can feel impossible.
Your body and mind are carrying the weight of loss, and that heaviness can show up in ways you might not expect: physical tension, irritability, restlessness, numbness, or even apathy.
If this is where you are… you are not alone.
Through The Fog
Introducing:
Through The Fog… a small-group space for widows in the earliest days of loss; a place to land when everything feels uncertain and overwhelming.
A space where you don’t have to have the right words.
You don’t have to share more than you’re comfortable with before you’re ready.
You don’t have to “do” grief in any particular way.
You can simply come as you are… and be met there.
Inside this space, you’ll:
Be in the presence of other women who get it
Receive gentle guidance to help you make sense of what might be coming up for you
Gain simple, grounding tools for the moments that feel all-consuming
Be witnessed, held, and validated inside of your experience
We move slowly here.
At a pace that honors where you are, not where you think you should be.
It’s a safe space without pressure or expectation, so you can survive each day, find moments of clarity, and begin to feel a little less alone in this new reality.
Over the 8 weeks, you will begin to:
Hold Yourself More Gently
Give yourself permission to move slowly, rest when you need to, and meet each day where you are.
Explore Your Grief
Notice what your body and mind are experiencing, without judgment or expectation.
Learn How Your Body Responds
Understand the physical and emotional toll of loss, and why your nervous system reacts the way it does.
Practice Micro-Supports
Use simple, practical tools to manage overwhelm, regulate your nervous system, and bring small moments of relief.
Start to Find Moments of Stability
Identify rhythms, routines, and small anchors that help you feel 1-5% steadier in the midst of grief.
Take Baby Steps Forward
Begin navigating life after loss at your own pace, creating a foundation for deeper healing and clarity when you’re ready.
Through The Fog is a softly guided journey for widows in the earliest days of grief. It meets you exactly where you are, offering understanding, practical guidance, and space to simply survive while starting to rebuild a sense of steadiness.
THE REAL REASON YOU FEEL SO OVERWHELMED OR LIKE YOU’RE JUST TRYING TO SURVIVE…
It’s not because you’re doing grief “wrong.” It’s because everything around you—your body, your mind, your routines—has shifted, and you haven’t had a gentle, clear way to navigate these first days, weeks, and months.
Through The Fog is a space built for the widow who is still in survival mode, helping you notice what’s happening, find small moments of steadiness, and carry yourself through each day without pressure or expectation.
This is about getting through, one moment at a time, with compassion for yourself in a world that suddenly feels unrecognizable.
I CREATED THROUGH THE FOG FOR YOU BECAUSE I KNOW WHAT IT’S LIKE TO HAVE
YOUR WORLD TURNED UPSIDE DOWN
The first weeks and months after losing your partner are disorienting, overwhelming, and exhausting. Life keeps moving, but it feels like your life has stopped - and you don’t know how to hit the “start button” without them here. Your body and mind are carrying something immense, and it’s important to know you’re not alone.

At the heart of this experience is connection.
A place where you don’t have to explain your grief. Where you can show up exactly as you are—whether that’s quiet, overwhelmed, tearful, or just trying to get through the day.
Inside this container, you’ll be held through:
Weekly group calls where you can be seen, heard, and supported in a community of women walking a similar path
Conversations that help you put words to what you may not fully understand yet
A gentle pace that honors where you are, without pressure to move faster than you’re ready
You’ll also have access to optional resources you can turn to when it feels supportive:
Short video sessions that help you understand what’s happening in your body and mind
A simple, structured framework to gently make sense of your emotional and physical responses
Practical tools and reflections you can use in moments that feel overwhelming
Resources and small rituals you can come back to whenever you need
Nothing here is required.
You don’t have to keep up.
You don’t have to complete anything.
You don’t have to engage in any particular way.
The value isn’t in doing it all —
it’s in having a place to land.
A place that offers both support and understanding, structure and softness, guidance and space.
When you join, you’re giving yourself permission to be supported as you process what’s happened… and begin, slowly, finding your footing in this new foreign life.

Who is Through The Fog for?
This program is designed for widows who are in the earliest stage of grief — those who are focused on surviving day-to-day and need guidance, structure, and understanding of what their body and mind are experiencing. It’s for anyone who is looking for community support at the earliest stage.
How does this program work?
Through The Fog is an 8-week online group support experience. Each week, we gather for a live group call where you can be seen, heard, and supported by other women navigating early grief. You’ll also have access to optional video lessons and a workbook with gentle exercises and reflections to use at your own pace. There’s nothing you need to complete—everything is there to support you, not add pressure.
Can I talk through it with someone first?
Yes. I offer a free Discovery Call to make sure this is the best support for you.
What if I can’t do all the exercises?
That’s okay. This program is built around survival and self-care, not perfection. You may go through the videos and exercises when you’re ready. Every small step counts.
How much time will I need each week?
This really depends on your capacity. Each week includes a live group call (highly encouraged), along with optional short video lessons (about 10–15 minutes), reflections and exercises. You can move through everything at your own pace, and engage as much or as little as feels manageable for you.
How long do I have access to this program?
You will have access to the videos and resources for one year.
Can this program replace therapy or counseling?
Through The Fog is a supportive, educational program — not therapy. It can complement therapy, but it isn’t a substitute for professional mental health care. If you feel unsafe, overwhelmed, or in crisis, please reach out to a licensed professional immediately.
How do I get started?
