For the widow who is beginning to navigate life after loss. The one asking, “What has just happened to me?”
You’re in survival mode.
Taking life moment by moment. One breath at a time.
Everything feels heavy.
Fatigue, fog, and overwhelm consume even the smallest tasks: getting out of bed, making a meal, or remembering to drink water can feel impossible.
Your body and mind are carrying the weight of loss, and that heaviness can show up in ways you might not expect: physical tension, irritability, restlessness, numbness, or even apathy.
If this is where you are… you are not alone.
Through The Fog
Introducing:
Through The Fog… a self-guided experience for widows in the earliest days of loss; a place to land when everything feels uncertain and overwhelming.
A space you can return to when you don’t have the right words.
When you don’t have the capacity to talk it out.
When grief feels too heavy to carry in isolation - but too personal to fully share yet.
You don’t have to do grief perfectly here.
You don’t have to move through it on anyone else’s timeline.
You can simply come as you are… and take what you need, when you need it.
Inside this experience, you’ll:
Be guided through simple, grounding teachings to help you make sense of what’s coming up for you
Receive tools for the moments that feel all-consuming or disorienting
Be supported in understanding your emotional and nervous system responses to loss
Have something steady to return to when everything feels uncertain
This is not about rushing your grief or fixing what cannot be fixed.
It’s about giving you something gentle and structured to lean on while you navigate each day.
We move slowly here—
at a pace that honors where you are, not where you think you should be.
So you can find moments of clarity, feel a little less alone in your experience, and begin to steady yourself inside this new reality.
Over the 6 weeks, you will begin to:
Hold Yourself More Gently
Give yourself permission to move slowly, rest when you need to, and meet each day where you are.
Better Understand Your Grief
Learn what is happening within your mind, body, and emotions after loss — and begin to recognize your experiences without judgment or self-blame.
Learn How Your Body Responds
Understand the impact of grief on your nervous system, your energy, and your ability to function — and why your body may respond the way it does.
Practice Micro-Supports
Discover simple, practical tools to support yourself through moments of overwhelm, emotional waves, and the everyday challenges of life after loss.
Create Moments of Stability
Begin identifying the rhythms, routines, and small anchors that help you feel 1–5% more grounded and supported in the midst of grief.
Navigate Life After Loss With More Compassion
Begin finding your footing in this new reality while honoring your own pace, your own capacity, and your own unique grief journey.

THE REAL REASON YOU FEEL SO OVERWHELMED OR LIKE YOU’RE JUST TRYING TO SURVIVE…
It’s not because you’re doing grief “wrong.” It’s because everything around you—your body, your mind, your routines—has shifted, and you haven’t had a gentle, clear way to navigate these first days, weeks, and months.
Through The Fog is a space built for the widow who is still in survival mode, helping you notice what’s happening, find small moments of steadiness, and carry yourself through each day without pressure or expectation.
This is about getting through, one moment at a time, with compassion for yourself in a world that suddenly feels unrecognizable.

Who is Through The Fog for?
This program is designed for widows who are navigating life after the loss of their partner and are looking for support, understanding, and practical guidance as they move through grief.
It is especially supportive for those who feel overwhelmed by the emotional, mental, and physical impact of loss, and want to better understand what is happening inside their mind and body while learning gentle ways to support themselves day to day.
It offers structure, education, and compassionate tools for anyone who is trying to find steadiness in a life that feels unfamiliar after loss.
How does this program work?
Through The Fog is a 6-week self-guided grief support program for women navigating life after the loss of their partner.
Each week, you’ll receive video lessons and a companion workbook with gentle reflections and practices you can move through at your own pace.
This is a self-guided experience, which means nothing is required and there is nothing you need to complete. Everything is designed to support you — not add pressure — so you can engage in whatever way feels right for you in each moment.
What if I can’t do all the exercises?
This program is built around survival and self-care, not perfection. You may go through the videos and exercises when you’re ready. You can always come back at another time. There is no obligation.
How much time will I need each week?
This really depends on your capacity. Each week includes two short video lessons (about 10–15 minutes), reflections, and exercises. You can move through everything at your own pace, and engage as much or as little as feels manageable for you.
Can this program replace therapy or counseling?
Through The Fog is a supportive, educational program — not therapy. It can complement therapy, but it isn’t a substitute for professional mental health care. If you feel unsafe, overwhelmed, or in crisis, please reach out to a licensed professional immediately.
