Through The Fog
(coming end of January)
For the widow who is just beginning to navigate life after loss. The one who’s asking, “What has just happened to me?”
You’re in survival mode. Taking life moment by moment. One breath at a time.
Everything feels heavy. Fatigue, fog, and overwhelm color even the smallest tasks—getting out of bed, making a meal, or remembering to drink water can feel impossible. Your body and mind are carrying the weight of loss, and that weight shows up in ways you might not expect—physical tension, restlessness, or numbness.
Through The Fog is here as a gentle, structured companion for this earliest stage.
This self-guided program provides education, grounding tools, and practical guidance to help you:
Notice how your body and mind are responding to grief
Understand the physical and emotional toll of loss
Learn micro-tools to ease moments that feel consuming
Move through life, one step at a time, at a pace that feels right for you
It’s designed to meet you exactly where you are—so you can survive each day while gently beginning to navigate this new reality.

Who is Through The Fog for?
This program is designed for widows who are in the earliest stage of grief — those who are focused on surviving day-to-day and need guidance, structure, and understanding of what their body and mind are experiencing. It’s for anyone who wants support without attending live sessions or joining a group.
How does this program work?
Through The Fog is self-guided. Each week, you’ll receive two video lessons and a workbook with practical exercises and reflection prompts. You can move through it at your own pace, revisiting lessons and tools as often as you need.
Can I talk through it with someone first?
Yes. I offer a free Discovery Call to make sure this is the best support for you.
What if I can’t do all the exercises?
That’s okay. This program is built around survival and self-care, not perfection. Use what you can, skip what feels too heavy, and come back to exercises when you’re ready. Every small step counts.
How much time will I need each week?
This is really dependent on your capacity. Videos are about 10-15 minutes each, plus optional exercises and reflections to go through inside of your workbook.
You are more than welcome to break it up however you need.
How long do I have access to this program?
You currently have full access to the program. If it’s ever retired or becomes unavailable, all participants will be notified in advance.
Can this program replace therapy or counseling?
Through The Fog is a supportive, educational program — not therapy. It can complement therapy or coaching, but it isn’t a substitute for professional mental health care. If you feel unsafe, overwhelmed, or in crisis, please reach out to a licensed professional immediately.
Can I do this program while also working with a grief coach or in a group?
Yes! Through The Fog is designed to complement any additional support you may be receiving. It can prepare you to engage more fully in coaching or group programs later on.
How do I get started?
Click the “purchase button” (listed above), complete your registration, and you’ll receive immediate access. You can begin anytime — there are no deadlines or weekly obligations.
