Grief is heavy to carry alone. Sometimes the right tools, words, or connections can make the weight feel a little lighter.

I’m gathering resources to support you — from grief education, to practices for caring for your nervous system, to spaces where you can feel less alone. They’re not quite ready yet, but they’re on the way.
