Re-Imagine
For the widow who is gently ready to rediscover their life in the aftermath of loss. The one who’s asking, “WHAT’S NEXT?”
You’re in the liminal space between what was and what could be.
You’ve already invested so much energy into simply surviving and you’re afraid that moving forward means leaving your love behind.
Deep down, you wonder if joy still belongs to you and you often compare yourself to others who seem to be "doing better.” But yet, you don’t have clarity around how to do grief any different.
The emotional and physical toll of grief - and trying to “keep it all together”—is exhausting you.
IF YOU’RE LOOKING FOR A GENTLE PATH FORWARD…WHERE GRIEF AND LIFE ARE INTEGRATED AT YOUR PACE… YOU’VE FOUND IT
Introducing:
Re-Imagine — a 12-week grief support experience for widows who are ready to honor their grief while slowly exploring what healing, identity, and hope can look like in the “after.”
IMAGINE HAVING …
A space where your grief is understood and never judged
A gentle path to rediscover the woman you are becoming
The belief that joy and sorrow can co-exist—and that you’re allowed to feel both
A place to feel connected, empowered, and understood as you rebuild life around your loss.
You deserve a life that feels meaningful again—without letting go of the love that shaped you.
THE REAL REASON YOU FEEL "STUCK" OR LIKE YOU'RE NOT AS "FAR ALONG" AS YOU'D LIKE TO BE…
It’s not because you’re doing it wrong - rather, you haven’t been given the space or tools to grieve in a way that actually supports your healing.
I’ve been deeply influenced by Patricia Sheveland’s BREATHE Method (as taught in her book The Confident Grief Coach) and use that foundation in my own grief coaching approach. Re-Imagine follows the 7-step framework to befriend your grief, reconnect with yourself, and take meaningful steps forward.
Together, we will:
B – Be Clear on Who You Are
Rediscover your identity and what matters most now.
R – Reimagine Your Life
Begin to envision healing and wholeness—on your terms.
E – Engage Your Tribe
Lean into supportive relationships that remind you: you’re not alone.
A – Access Your Inner Healer
Trust your own wisdom, resilience, and intuition.
T – Transform Your View
Shift unhelpful thought patterns and create space for new perspectives.
H – Honor Your Loved One
Carry their memory forward with love and reverence.
E – Embrace Change Through HOPE
Welcome new beginnings while honoring what has been.
I CREATED RE-IMAGINE FOR YOU, BECAUSE I’VE BEEN WHERE YOU ARE
This isn’t just a group program - it’s a compassionate community and a guiding light when everything feels dark.
Women who’ve joined say:
-
“Lauren's Re-Imagine program really helped me move forward in my grief. Not only does she ask the right questions, but she is a good listener and truly makes you feel heard, comforted, and understood. I would recommend this program to anyone in any stage of grief; it helps to be part of a community that speaks the same language.”
Lauren Coats
-
“Lauren did an exceptional job leading a group of women at different stages in life and in our grieving process. I felt very comfortable speaking in the group and I trusted that everyone would respect this space. I don't normally get emotional in front of others, but this group allowed me to show my raw self. Lauren was very organized and methodical about the topics she chose. It had a good flow and I felt it was great education for me.”

When one has lost their beloved, there are often many people there in support: family, friends, etc. However, other women who are walking on the same path can relate on a different level. A support group led by someone like Lauren stands out because it brings people experiencing widowhood together to lean in, learn, and be guided by someone who’s experienced it and has used that experience to work on educating herself and others.

What You Can Expect…
Re-Imagine is more than a program - it’s a sacred space for widows to come home to themselves, gently and without pressure. Over 12 weeks, you’ll be held, supported, and guided through a journey of healing, rediscovery, and renewed hope.
Here’s what you can expect during our time together:
A Safe and Supportive Community
You’ll walk alongside a small group of women who understand the depth of your loss. This is a place where you don’t have to explain your grief. You’ll be seen, heard, and accepted exactly as you are.
Weekly Guided Sessions
The first four weeks are focused on building trust within the group and offering foundational grief education—designed to empower you with knowledge, validation, and gentle perspective. From there, we’ll move through the 7 phases of the B.R.E.A.T.H.E. Method, exploring each step with compassion, structure, and emotional tools you can bring into everyday life. We’ll end with a week dedicated to reflection—honoring your growth, your courage, and the ground you’ve reclaimed.
Reflection + Integration
You’ll receive thoughtful prompts, gentle practices, and curated resources to deepen your healing between sessions. This is your time to reconnect with yourself - on your own terms.
Personal Growth
We’ll work together to help you:
Rediscover your identity beyond your loss
Release guilt and give yourself permission to feel joy again
Rebuild a life that honors your past while creating space for what’s next
Ongoing Support
You won’t be doing this alone. Between sessions, you’ll have access to group support and a compassionate coach (me) who walks beside you, never ahead of you.
They’ve found breath again in moments that once felt impossible to survive.
They’ve given themselves permission to grieve fully - without guilt, timelines, or apologies.
They’ve begun to re-imagine life in the “after”… not by moving on, but by learning to carry love and loss together.
They’ve connected with other widows who get it — building sacred friendships rooted in shared experience.
They’ve discovered tools and language for navigating the messiness of everyday grief — from holidays to hard conversations.
They’ve allowed themselves to dream again. Not because they’ve forgotten, but because healing made space for hope.
They’ve reclaimed parts of themselves that felt buried under sorrow.
They’ve honored their person while also honoring their own continued life.

FAQs

FAQs *
What if I’m not sure I’m “ready” for a program like this?
That’s okay. There’s no perfect timeline for grief. Re-Imagine is designed for widows who feel a pull toward gentle guidance, community, and the first steps toward what’s next—at your own pace.
Do I have to share my story?
As a coach, I make a point to create an environment where everyone feels safe and comfortable participating in group sessions. With that being said, you will always be invited to share, but absolutely not required to share.
Can I talk through it with someone first?
Yes. I offer a free 20-minute Discovery Call to make sure this is the best support for you.
Is this considered therapy?
No, this is not a therapy group. Re-Imagine is a coaching and peer support experience focused on education, healing tools, and building hope. If you’re currently under the care of a therapist or counselor, this program can complement that support.
Is this program only for recent widows?
No. Grief doesn’t follow a timeline. Some women join months after their loss; others, years later. If you feel called to explore what’s next for you, you’re welcome here.
How do I sign up?
No. Grief doesn’t follow a timeline. Some women join months after their loss; others, years later. If you feel called to explore what’s next for you, you’re welcome here.
What if I miss a live group call?
Life happens. All group calls will be recorded and shared privately with participants so you can catch up when it works for you.
This is a frequently asked question?
Yes. You’ll have the option to add 1:1 coaching sessions during the program (for an additional cost). However, I do tend to find that clients love the weekly support of the online session and tend to want 1:1 support after our 12-week program. That option is always there for you as well.
