Widows’ Weekend Getaway
What You Can Expect…
Reflection + Integration
The retreat gives you time to pause, breathe, and reflect — away from the demands of daily life. Whether it’s journaling on the deck, sharing in group conversation, or simply resting in quiet, you’ll leave with deeper clarity, gentle tools, and a renewed sense of possibility.
Personal Growth
Over the course of the weekend, you’ll have the chance to:
Release the pressure to be “okay” and simply be as you are
Reconnect with your body and learn supportive ways to regulate your nervous system
Experience moments of joy, laughter, and connection alongside your grief
Begin envisioning how to weave both ache and hope into your life moving forward
Ongoing Connection
This retreat isn’t just about three days together — it’s about the relationships and inner shifts that continue beyond it. You’ll leave with new tools, meaningful bonds, and the reminder that you have a community walking this path with you.
A Safe and Supportive Community
You’ll spend the weekend with a small group of widows who truly understand the depth of your loss. In this circle, you don’t have to explain or defend your grief. You’ll be witnessed, honored, and accepted exactly as you are. Shared meals, meaningful conversations, and quiet moments together weave a sense of belonging that lingers long after the retreat ends.
Nourishing Experiences
From delicious meals prepared by a private chef to evenings of laughter around the table, every detail is designed to support and nurture you. Together, we’ll open the weekend with a candlelight ceremony, setting intentions for our time, and end with connection that reminds you: you are not alone in this journey.
Restorative Practices
Throughout the weekend, you’ll be invited into practices that help soothe your body and spirit:
Yoga and breathwork for nervous system regulation and grounding
Guided grief hike & nature reflection to connect with yourself and the natural world
Art therapy session for creative expression and emotional healing
Structured grief coaching exercises to help you honor your story and gently find your footing
