The Sacred Grief Container

The Sacred Grief Container is a private, 1:1 grief coaching experience designed for widows who are navigating the quiet, aching spaces of life after loss. It’s for the woman who is tired of pretending she’s fine, who longs for a safe place where all of her grief — messy, raw, sacred — is seen, honored, and gently supported.

Together, we create space for you to breathe again, find your footing, and begin to imagine life with meaning and hope, even with the weight of loss.

I SEE YOU, WIDOW SISTER…

  • You’re struggling with the deep ache of missing him, while trying to figure out who you are in this new life you never wanted.

  • You’ve already invested so much energy holding yourself together for your kids, your job, your family all while silently falling apart inside.

  • You’re worried about whether the heaviness will ever ease, or if you’ll always feel this lost and disconnected.

  • Feeling like you should be “further along” or “handling it better,” but you don’t even know what that’s supposed to look like.

  • You’re comparing yourself to other widows who seem stronger, more together, or already moving forward — and wondering why it’s so hard for you.

  • Looking for the space where your grief gets to be witnessed fully — without the platitudes.

The impact shows up everywhere: the financial strain of investing in things that don’t truly help, the emotional fatigue of carrying grief without real support, and the relentless pull on your energy as you try to navigate life and loss at the same time

IF YOU’RE LOOKING FOR support that truly honors your grief WITHOUT pressure to rush, fix, or “move on” … The Sacred Grief Container is for you.

THE REAL REASON YOU FEEL STUCK, EXHAUSTED, AND OVERWHELMED IS BECAUSE:

Grief isn’t something that can be “fixed” or rushed through — yet so often, the support we’re given doesn’t always touch the whole of what we’re carrying. Checklists, timelines, or even well-meaning advice can leave you wondering if you’re grieving “the right way” or if you’re falling behind.

And because there’s so little education around grief and how it truly shows up, it’s easy to believe you’re alone in it — left to figure it out on your own.

Even big group memberships, while full of people, can feel like places where your unique story gets lost, where you’re more of a number than a name.

The Sacred Grief Container is different. It’s not about pushing you forward before you’re ready. It’s about slowing down, meeting you exactly where you are, honoring your grief as it is — and gently guiding you with structure, support, and tools that create space for healing in your own time.

IMAGINE HAVING…

  • A space where you can lay down the heaviness for a while, and just be exactly as you are, without judgment.

  • A dream of waking up with a little more clarity, a little more ease, and moments where you feel like yourself again.

  • The quiet knowing that peace and purpose are still within reach, even if they feel far away right now.

  • The chance to honor your loved one while gently, bravely, tending to your own heart too.

  • The possibility of holding both the ache of loss and the soft return of hope — because you are not meant to carry this alone.

I CREATED The Sacred Grief Container FOR YOU BECAUSE:

I know what it’s like to be where you are — navigating the sleepless nights, the loneliness, the guilt, the questions of “who am I now?” without your person. And, I know that the real path through grief isn’t about getting over your loss, but about learning to integrate it and carry it with compassion, clarity, and hope.

This has been a lifeline for others because:

Clients share that our work together helped them feel less alone, more seen, and gently supported through even the hardest moments.

What Clients are Saying…

“Before I started working with Lauren, I felt completely lost and overwhelmed by my grief. I didn’t know how to move forward or even what I needed – I just knew I couldn’t do it alone.

Our 1:1 sessions became a lifeline. Lauren held space for every part of me – sadness, anger, guilt, and even the parts I didn’t have words for. Never did she ever make me feel rushed or judged, just deeply seen and supported.

What surprised me the most was how much lighter I began to feel. Not because I was cured or the grief went away, but because I wasn’t carrying it alone anymore. There was room for hope again.

This was the most compassionate gift I could have give myself in such a painful time.”

“Before I met Lauren, I felt alone and stuck - like I was crazy for thinking certain things, or weird for acting a certain way. Working with her has allowed me to see that I am not alone and that what I am going through is normal.

I love that I can be completely honest in our sessions and never feel judged. She asks challenging, thought-provoking questions, but I don't ever feel uncomfortable or pressured to come up with the "right" answer, just gently nudged to reflect.

I highly recommend reaching out to Lauren; she cares deeply about her clients. She is the perfect balance of professional and like I'm talking to a close friend.”
